Jennifer Blondo has been involved with OhanaHC since September 2020 and is looking forward to being a mentor in the 2021-2022 school year. She currently serves as a member of the Fundraising Committee and Technology Committee, and is a Co-Chair of the Volunteer Recruitment Committee.
Jennifer is originally from Howard County, MD and attended Deep Run Elementary School, Mayfield Woods Middle School, and Long Reach High School (Class of 2003). She currently lives in Highland and works for American Pest as the VP of Operations, overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Technology, and Fleet & Facilities.
Jennifer is a member of the Spencerville Seventh-day Adventist Church in Silver Spring, MD and has served in numerous roles over the years, including Pathfinder (Youth Group) Director and Young Adult Ministries Leader.
Jennifer graduated in 2007 from Southern Adventist University in Chattanooga, TN with a B.B.A. in Accounting. During her time in Tennessee she volunteered with Youth Villages as a mentor to students in foster care. Jennifer is bilingual in Spanish and spent an academic year volunteering at a children’s home in San Juan Opico, El Salvador in 2005. She has also volunteered with FIRN, a Howard County non-profit organization, as an English tutor and translator.
