Soon after, he began working with youth in the juvenile and rehabilitation centers in Ohio and Maryland. Upon receiving his English / Education degree, in 1994, he started his education career teaching English in Prince George’s County at Kettering Middle School, Duval High School, and Eleanor Roosevelt High School. In 2000, Mr. Robb transferred to the HCPSS where he taught English at River Hill High School for eleven years. While teaching, he acquired his Masters in School Counseling, was principal of HCPSS Evening School (seven years), and principal of HCPSS Comprehensive Summer School program (ten years). He was assistant principal at Long Reach High School and Marriotts Ridge High School, and the Administrator-in-Charge of the Applications and Research Laboratory (ARL). He has written articles and presented at local, state and national workshops on technology in education.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, twin boys, and younger daughter, and dabbling in shooting Olympic-style Recurve archery, competitively. He looks forward to working with the Board of Ohana of Howard County and becoming a volunteer for the youth of Ohana.
