LaRee Siddiqui is a public school administrator and educator with more than 15 years of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, program development, and community engagement.
As Coordinator of Postsecondary Access for Howard County Public School System, LaRee leads efforts to expand equitable access to college, career, and workforce opportunities. Her work has included developing Howard County’s first formal dual enrollment partnership, increasing campus-based participation by 243%, creating a first-of-its-kind data-sharing system with Howard Community College, and designing interventions that support student achievement.
She also serves on the boards of Runwayz and the Columbia Center for Theatrical Arts and is a member of the Education Research and Development Institute’s national community of education leaders.
She holds a Master of Social Work in Management and Community Organization from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. LaRee brings to OhanaHC a strong belief in the power of relationships, access, and community to help every young person move toward a future they define for themselves.
