
Rashel Taylor, Executive Director
Rashel joined OhanaHC in 2021. Having worked in Howard County for over a decade, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in working with youth, racial equity, non-profit organizations, and community engagement. Rashel has a passion for bridging communities together by finding ways to utilize their gifts to support one another. She also has a passion for developing and strengthening processes to create a fun and less cumbersome work environment.
As executive director, Rashel leads OhanaHC with the mission to make a difference in the lives of all that engage with the organization, and beyond. She will lead this organization to embed equitable practices throughout its entire foundation and create a space where the youth are truly leading the direction and progression of OhanaHC.
Rashel currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Community Services and the Columbia Housing Center.
