Be part of the path ahead
Pathfinders supports young people through the years after high school, the stretch where independence begins and support often disappears. We’re expecting this program to triple in the next five years. PathFUNDERS is the circle of donors who see them through.

A Pathfinders mentor
The transition from high school to adulthood can be very challenging, with the lack of a structured day and the loneliness that can set in. Helping them to navigate that is very important.
From 32 to 110 Pathfinders in just five years
Today, 32 young people are walking this path. Over the next five years, Pathfinders is expected to more than triple. It’s our fastest growing village, and we need your help to see them through the years that matter most.
- 32 young people walking this path today
- 110 expected within five years
- 18 to 24 the ages Pathfinders covers
Growth like this takes funding OhanaHC can count on year after year, which is why PathFUNDERS is built on multi-year pledges.

Graduation is a milestone, not the finish line
Pathfinders stay beside young adults through what comes next: the first job, first bills, first apartment, and first major decisions.
Your investment ensures that 18 to 24 year olds have trusted guidance, meaningful connections, and a community in their corner as they build independent, successful futures.

Real support when youth need it most
The young people in Pathfinders are ready to build their futures. But the reality is they face barriers along the way. Pathfinders helps clear each one.
-
Getting there
Reliable transportation often decides whether a young person keeps a job or loses it. Pathfinders helps them get to work, training, and school, and move toward independence behind the wheel.
-
Financial footing
Steady guidance through emergency financial hardships, plus the literacy to budget, save, and build stability that lasts.
-
A network to lean on
The professional connections that open doors, and the help to build a network from the ground up.
-
Career and college access
Job training, career readiness, and college prep that turn ambition into a real path forward.
A Pathfinders mentor on five years
My Pathfinder has really grown from a 9th grade student who was not succeeding in school and who had many personal and family problems to a young person who is now making decisions about her future. She was able to get her driver’s license, has a part-time job, and is considering options for her future.
