The story

Amy has been part of OhanaHC since her freshman year at Hammond High School.

Amy’s senior banner on the Hammond High School fence

Over four years, we watched her grow into a confident, compassionate young woman and a role model for the students around her. Along the way, she built relationships with mentors and a community that encouraged her as she figured out what she wanted her next chapter to look like.

After graduating from Hammond, Amy continued her education at Howard Community College.

We’re proud of how far she’s come and excited to keep cheering her on as she takes her next steps.
